I wanted to tell you all how much the kids have enjoyed making our Jesus Tree this year. We have been reading New Testament stories about Jesus' teaching and miracles and we put up a symbol for each story. When we reviewed all the stories this past week the kids were able to tell about each story with detail just by looking at the symbol. They love hearing the stories from our Children's Bible and it is so sweet when they ask, "Can we please read another one?" The stories we read are: The Lost Sheep, Through the Roof, Water Into Wine, Jesus Calms the Storm, The Sermon on the Mount, The Loaves and the Fishes, Walking on Water, Jesus Heals a Sick Servant, The Good Samaritan, Zacchaeus, and the Palm Sunday story.
